5 - B R Ü C K E N - R U N D E HÖHENMETER BERGAUF: 13 M HÖCHSTER PUNKT: 596 M STRECKENLÄNGE: 4,8 KM Flache Runde an der Innpromenade im Zentrum von Innsbruck� Vom Start geht es in westlicher Richtung bis zur Karwendelbrücke� Über diese quert man den Inn, biegt hier nach links ab und dann immer geradeaus� Es werden die Freiburger und Universitätsbrücke unterquert, die Innbrücke, bei der historischen Herzog-Otto-Burg, wird links liegen gelassen� Über den Emile-Béthouart-Steg geht es wieder auf die andere Innseite und dort zurück zum Start� 5 - B R I D G E S - R O U N D ELEVATION GAIN 13 M HIGHEST POINT 596 M DISTANCE 4.8 KM Flat round along the river promenade in the city centre� From its start, the trail leads westward as far as the Karwendelbrücke, where you cross the river, then turn left and keep running straight ahead, crossing underneath the Freiburger and the Universitätsbrücke� The trail then passes the historical Herzog-Otto-Burg, at the entrance to the Old Town, and the Innbrücke� Finally, at the Emile- Béthouart-Steg, you cross over to the other side of the river again and return to the start� STADT, LAND, BERG: LAUFTIPPS C I T Y , C O U N T R Y , H I L L : R U N N I N G T I P S P A N O R A M A W E G HÖHENMETER BERGAUF: 533 M HÖCHSTER PUNKT: 1072 M STRECKENLÄNGE: 9,6 KM Laufstrecke: Südlich bzw� südöstlich des Westlichen Mittelgebirges führt der Panoramaweg von Mutters über Natters, Götzens, Birgitz und Axams nach Grinzens und jedes dieser Dörfer kann als alternativer Startpunkt gewählt werden� Dieser Weg ist größtenteils als Waldweg angelegt� Ruhebänke sind ausreichend vorhanden und laden zum Verweilen ein� Der Weg gibt teilweise schöne Ausblicke auf die Gemeinden des Mittelgebirges, das Inntal, Innsbruck sowie die Nordkette frei� P A N O R A M A T R A I L ELEVATION GAIN 533 M HIGHEST POINT 1,072 M DISTANCE 9.6 KM Trail: On a plateau south to south-east of Innsbruck, the Panorama Trail leads from Mutters, via Natters, Götzens, Birgitz and Axams, all the way to Grinzens� Each of these villages can be chosen as an alternative starting point� For the most part winding through sumptuous woodlands, there are plenty of benches along the trail inviting passers-by for a rest� In some spots, the trail also offers glorious views of the villages on the plateau, the Inntal valley, Innsbruck, as well as the Nordkette range�
