4 5 D I E I N N S B R U C K E R K Ü C H E N S C H E L L E Einst wuchs sie im Großraum Innsbruck, von Zirl bis Gnadenwald, heute blüht sie nur noch in bescheidener Zahl an drei Orten: auf einer Hangterrasse in Arzl, am Rumer Bichl und in der Nähe des Romediuskirchleins in Thaur – die Innsbrucker Küchenschelle (Pulsatilla oenipontana)� Obwohl sie seit 1939 unter Naturschutz steht, sind die Bestände stark zurückgegangen� 1981 entstand ein 3490 Quadratmeter großes Naturschutzgebiet in Arzl� Seit Anfang der 1990er Jahre steht die Innsbrucker Küchenschelle unter intensiver Beobachtung� Rund 45 Innsbrucker Küchenschellen gibt es noch, 18 davon in Arzl� 4 5 T H E I N N S B R U C K E R K Ü C H E N S C H E L L E It used to grow throughout the area, from Zirl all the way to Gnadenwald� Today, it occurs only in small numbers in three places only: on a terrace near Arzl, on the Rumer Bichl hill, and near the Romedius chapel in Thaur – namely the Innsbrucker Küchenschelle (Pulsatilla oenipontana)� Even though it is protected since 1939, its stocks have greatly diminished� In 1981, a 3,490-square-metre conservation area was created in Arzl� Since the beginning of the nineties, the Innsbrucker Küchenschelle has stood under close observation� There are around forty-five of them left, eighteen in Arzl�
