Iglu-Workshop
Die Werkzeuge: Hände, Schaufel und Säge. Das Baumaterial: Schnee.
Das Bauwerk: ein eigenes Iglu. Gebaut wird im Team und so wie es die
Inuits heute noch tun. Wer will, kann sogar oben übernachten. Der
Workshop dauert rund vier Stunden und wird von einem Iglubaumeis-
ter geleitet. „Mit meiner Kleinen bin ich aber meistens das Iglu Village
besichtigen. Sie würde dort gerne mal übernachten“, gibt Markus eine
Alternative zum Selbermachen.
Igloo workshop
With a shovel and a saw you will build your own igloo out of snow. You
will be working in teams - just like the Inuit do it. Those who want to
fully emerge into the world of Inuit have the possibility to sleep in the
Igloo Village. The workshop takes about 4 hours. An architect will be
on-site throughout the whole time to assist you. “I take my daugh-
ter to the Igloo Village quite a lot. You don’t have to participate in the
workshop. You can also just visit it,” suggest Markus as an alternative.
