EATING AS OF YORE

Jede Region hat ihre Küchenwurzeln:

Manche Gerichte werden heute genauso gern gegessen wie einst. Wobei in

früheren Zeiten der Nährwert für die schwer arbeitenden Menschen an erster Stelle stand. Heute geht es weniger

um Kalorien, sondern mehr um Geschmack. Aber auch in dieser Hinsicht brauchen sich die „alten“ Gerichte aus

den Bergen nicht zu verstecken. //

Some dishes are as popular today

as they were in the past. In days gone past, though, it was nutritional value that had top priority for the hard-

working people. Today, what matters is not so much the calories but taste. But in that respect as well the „old“

dishes from the mountains are well able to stand their ground.
