Historical gardens aren’t really a synonym for Tyrol, as our
amazing mountain landscape doesn’t leave much space for
creative green areas. Nevertheless, a considerable garden
culture had been preserved throughout the centuries by
the princes, the aristocracy and the monasteries. Today the
two most important historical gardens are Federal Gardens,
which means after the end of the monarchy they became
open to the public. //
